With over 20 years of hands-on experience in colon hydrotherapy, Lizzette brings deep expertise and compassionate care to every session. She is certified by I-ACT (International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy) and is an active member of both I-ACT and C-ACT (Canadian Association for Colon Therapists) demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of care and continuing education.

Currently working toward becoming a certified instructor, Lizzette is passionate about mentoring the next generation of colon hydrotherapists and elevating the industry as a whole.

She specializes in advanced colon hydrotherapy services, including coffee enemas, chlorophyll-infused colonics, and therapeutic add-ons to support deeper detoxification and gut healing.

At Okanagan Colonics, her approach is rooted in the belief that “wellness from within” is the key to lasting vitality. Her goal is to help every client feel lighter, more energized, and more connected to their health from the inside out.
